Preparation:

1. Shampoo: Wash the hair using a clarifying shampoo to remove excess oils, product buildup, and residue. Do not apply conditioner.
2. Towel Dry: Gently towel-dry the hair so that it is slightly damp but not dripping wet.

Application:

1. Sectioning: Divide the hair into four manageable sections (two in the front, two in the back) using clips.
2. Application: Apply the smoothing cream evenly, starting from the nape of the neck. Work section by section using a wide-tooth comb.
3. Root Gap: Leave a 1 to 2 cm gap from the roots. Do not apply the cream directly to the scalp to avoid irritation and breakage.
4. Processing Time: Leave the cream on at room temperature for the recommended processing time, usually between 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your hair's natural resistance.

Rinsing & Drying:

1. Rinse: Once processed, rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the cream is completely removed.
2. Blow-Dry: Blow-dry the hair completely straight using a round brush or a paddle brush.

Flat Ironing:

1. Ironing: Take very thin sections of hair (about 1/2 inch thick) and flat iron them.
2. Temperature: Set your flat iron to 180°C (356°F). Pass the iron over each section slowly to smooth and lock in the shape. Do not press too hard or stay on one section for too long to avoid heat damage.

Neutralizing:

1. Application: Apply the neutralizing cream generously to the hair from roots to ends.
2. Processing Time: Allow the neutralizer to process for exactly 10 minutes at room temperature.
3. Final Rinse: Rinse the neutralizer out of the hair thoroughly. Style and blow-dry to achieve your final, straight, and frizz-free look.

Post-treatment care:

• Do not wash, tie up, clip, or tuck your hair behind your ears for at least 48 to 72 hours while the chemical bonds fully settle.
• Use sulfate-free, color-treated shampoos and conditioners (such as the L'Oréal Professionnel Xtenso Care range) to maintain the longevity and health of the treatment.

Smoothing Cream Ingredients:

Ammonium Thioglycolate: The primary reducing agent (the active chemical responsible for breaking the hair's disulfide bonds so it can be reshaped).Ethanolamine & Ammonium Hydroxide: Alkaline agents that swell the hair cuticle and raise the pH, allowing the reducing agent to penetrate the hair shaft.The "Oil Trio" (Botanical Oils): Features Sweet Almond Oil, Cottonseed Oil, and Rice Bran Oil. These are incorporated to deeply nourish and add shine during the harsh chemical process.Conditioning Agents: Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum) and Behentrimonium Chloride help smooth the hair and provide slip during application.Water & Emulsifiers: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Ceteth-10 Phosphate are used as base carriers to blend the chemicals and oils into a workable cream
