Refund policy

This return policy is applicable for orders shipped within India.

At Prokarehub, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed within India.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect or not required anymore which includes non defective products also.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The products can be  slightly used but with packaging, all tags and labels included.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp at admin@prokarehub.com/9667648749 within 7 days.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  4. If approved, a pickup will be arranged from your address (subject to serviceability).

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
  • The issue is successfully verified.

Refund method options:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Credit Card/Net Banking)
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund timelines:

  • Within 7 working days after product receipt and inspection.
  • Store credit, if chosen, is issued instantly upon approval.

Note: Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacements are issued only for damaged/defective/incorrect products.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per policy.

6. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

  • Shipping and return charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
