Targeted Application Methods

Headaches & Migraines: Apply \(1\) to \(2\) drops directly to your temples or forehead and gently massage in a circular motion.
Blocked Nose / Colds: Place \(2\) to \(3\) drops on a handkerchief or tissue paper and inhale deeply. Alternatively, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water for steam therapy.
Muscle & Rheumatic Pain: Rub \(3\) to \(4\) drops directly into the affected area and massage gently until the oil is absorbed.
